Color plays a structural role; it is a tool that organizes the composition, defines paths, and establishes visual hierarchies. Chromatic contrasts help create a reading of the piece in which each element fulfills a specific function within the whole. The work offers two levels of perception: from a distance, it appears as a kind of graphic architecture; up close, each element can be distinguished individually, revealing textures, cuts, and variations inherent to the manual process.
Materiality is central to Vía cósmica. Wool provides density, physical presence, and volume. In contrast to the coldness often associated with technological languages—so present in this work—everything here is built from a primary, warm, and durable material. The piece does not seek to imitate the digital, but rather to translate its logic into a physical, tactile, and enduring support.
