Shipping and Returns Policy

– This website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to make the transmission of data over the internet secure. This technology encrypts and protects data transmitted using the HTTPS protocol (you will see a padlock on every page of this website). – Purchases can be paid by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, the order will be processed as soon as the payment has been authorised by your bank or cashier.

– In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992 of 28 December 1992 on Value Added Tax and other applicable provisions, the delivery of the articles shall be understood to be located in the territory where Spanish VAT applies if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands. The prices indicated include the corresponding VAT of 10% as it is a piece of art made by Las Ánimas, regardless of the format or material.

For orders destined for the Canary Islands and outside the European Union, deliveries will be exempt from VAT in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.

– You expressly authorise us to issue the invoice in electronic format and to send it by e-mail to the address provided to Las Ánimas Shop.

– The costs are free of charge for all domestic and international orders.

The price does not include customs costs, taxes, customs duties or any other extra cost that may arise and that has not been mentioned as included in the price.

1 – HOW CAN YOU BUY OUR WORKS?

All the products that are in Las Ánimas Shop can be purchased directly through this page. To do so, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on the “pay” button. After you have completed the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). We will also inform you by e-mail that the product is being shipped (the “Shipping Confirmation”). If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find it either, you can contact us at lasanimas@lasanimas.art.

If you are a registered user, you have a detail of all orders placed in the “My Account” section.

If you are interested in another work, a specific commission or any other work created by us that is not available through Las Ánimas Shop, you can write to us directly at lasanimas@lasanimas.art.

  1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Your order will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed. Once the order has been sent (24/48 hours after the purchase has been formalised) the customer will receive an email with the tracking details so that they can track the status of the shipment at all times.

– Spain: Peninsula 2 to 3 working days, Balearic Islands 4 to 7 working days, Canary Islands up to 7 days.

– Europe: 5 to 8 working days.

– UK: 8 to 10 working days.

– USA and CANADA: 8 to 15 working days.

– AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND: 8 to 15 working days.

– Rest of the World: 8 to 15 working days.

*Shipping times are approximate, it is possible that in periods of high volume of purchases such as Christmas… orders may suffer a slight delay.

  1. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs are free of charge.

Not included in the price are customs costs, taxes, duties or any other extra costs that may arise and that have not been mentioned as included in the price.

  1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASE?

Once the artwork leaves our studio, we will send you an email with the tracking. Through this email you can confirm the expected delivery date. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to update once you receive the email with the information.

If you placed the order with your Las Ánimas Shop account, you can also find the tracking number in your order history information.

If you do not receive your artwork within the established and consistent timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What happens if delivery is not possible?

When an order has not been delivered for reasons beyond the control of Las Ánimas Shop and more than 14 working days have passed since the first delivery attempt, the package is returned to our offices. We will automatically refund the full amount of your purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the order, except for the costs incurred in sending and returning the package.

  1. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Las Ánimas Shop sells unique pieces of art or limited editions, so the piece you have purchased is unique and has the characteristics of a work of art.

If the artwork is damaged during transport, you must report the damage at the time of collection, as all our artworks are insured and notify the problem within 3 days of receipt by you or by a third party that you designate, not being already in the possession of the carrier.

To do so, you must notify us by email at lasanimas@lasaniams.art. Once the product has been received and verified, the amount will be refunded.

In the event that the order does not arrive correctly at its destination and this is communicated by the transport agency, we will contact you to solve the incident.

If you have placed an order through this website from a Member State of the European Union other than Spain, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal will apply in the same way.
