6. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

6.1. To place an order on the Las Ánimas Shop website, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on the “pay” button. After completing the purchase process, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). In addition, we will inform you by email that the product is being shipped (the “Shipping Confirmation”). If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you are a registered user, you have a detail of all the orders placed in the “My Account” section.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, and other applicable provisions, where appropriate, the delivery of the items will be understood to be located in the Spanish VAT application territory if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands. The indicated prices include the corresponding 10% VAT as it is a piece of art made by Las Ánimas, regardless of the format or material.

In orders destined for the Canary Islands, deliveries will be exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application ation of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.

You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format and send it by email to the address provided to Las Ánimas Shop.

6.4. Expenses are free on all national and international orders.

Customs costs, taxes, tariffs or any other extra cost that may arise and that has not been named as included in the price are not included in the price.

6.5. The shipment will be made once the payment or income has been verified. Once the order has been sent (within 24/48 hours from the completion of the purchase) the customer will receive an email with the tracking data so that they can know the status of the shipment at all times. The delivery time in the peninsula is approximately 72 hours, from the date of shipment. Shipping to Islands can take up to 7 days. Internationally delivery is 7-10 days.

7. BUY AS A GUEST

This website also allows purchase through the guest purchase functionality.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

8.1. Right and term to withdraw.- Las Ánimas Shop sells unique pieces of art or in limited editions, so the piece you have purchased is unique and presents characteristics typical of an artistic work.

If the work shows any damage caused during transport, you must leave a record at the time of collection, since all our works are insured and notify the problem within a period of less than 3 days from receipt by you or by a third party that you designate, not already being in the possession of the carrier.

For this, it is necessary that you notify us by email to lasanimas@lasaniams.art Once the product has been received and verified, the amount will be refunded.

In the event that the order does not arrive correctly at its destination and is communicated by the transport agency, we will be able to contact you to solve the incident.

If you have placed an order through this web page from a Member State of the European Union other than Spain, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal will be of the same application. Likewise, we inform you that we will not be obliged to reimburse you for shipping costs other than those incurred to the original delivery address in Spain or return costs from a destination outside Spanish territory.

9. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

5. e) Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
6. f) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
7. g) Global pandemic similar to SARS COVID19.

It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the Cause of Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension in the term to fulfill said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Cause of Force Majeure. We will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.

17. OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS
